Deerwhisker lied down in the center of the camps clearing, feeling the sun soak into his deep, ginger pelt. He opened his fern green eyes and looked about, wondering if there was something he could do. He felt the need to be active today.

"Hey, there's no need to be embarrassed." He said, hearing the stutter in her voice. Taking a bite of the vole, he lied down. "So, when are you due?" Deerwhisker asked, trying to change the subject.

History: Rabbitdash had an affair with the shadowclan deputy. He went to meet her one day but she didn't show. At the following gathering, he planned to talk to her but she was nowhere to be seen. It turns out that she had been killed by a badger.

"Oh, that's cool." Deerwhisker purred, smiling slightly. "I'm sure that they'll be great warriors someday." He said and hoped he wasn't overdoing it.

Robin sighed deeply and curled up under a tree. She was lost in the middle of the woods and had no clue where she was or where to go. Her grey and amber pelt blended in slightly with the shaded pine needles that coated the forest floor. "If only someone where here to help me out of this mess..." she muttered under her breathe.

Deerwhisker nodded and continued to eat, his mind drifting slightly. He couldn't help but feel useless sitting around and decided it'd be good to go out and maybe do some hunting.

Deerwhisker returned the fare-well and padded toward the camp's exit. He ducked out and headed to a small clearing in the middle of their territory. Sitting down, and raised his nose to the sky and sniffed. The faint scent of rabbit and mouse wafted into his nostrils.

He followed the rabbits trail until he spotted it nibbling on a seed several feet in front of him. The tom got into a hunters crouch and slowly started creeping up on the unsuspecting prey.

Robin jumps up with surprise and looks in the direction of the voice. "Uh...hi." she replies.

Deerwhisker pounced and landed with his paws on the rabbit. He gripped it by the neck as it passed away. He bounded happily back to the camp with the huge fresh kill in his mouth. He heard happy murmurs spreading across the camp as they talked of some new kits. 'the mom must be exhausted.' he thought and decided to bring the fresh rabbit to her. To his surprise it was Dawnfire who had just had the kits. "Hey, how ya feelin'?" Deerwisker asked softly, setting down the prey.

"Good lookin' kits." He meowed and smiled. "Here, I thought you might need to eat something to keep your energy up." He offered, nudging the rabbit toward Dawnfire slightly. "You don't have to eat it if you don't want to." Deerwhisker said.
